Glenn CoxRetired from the retail and performance music business, Glenn is now the co-owner of a roofing business. He loves to cook and enjoys very strong coffee. He got the inspiration for the recipe from seeing the coffee/pepper combination somewhere else. He tried it on his family, now they won't let him grill salmon any other way.
