About the Artist:

Denise Araripe is a Brazilian woman who works out of her studio in Rio de Janeiro. She started painting full time about 8 years ago and she has participated in several exhibitions in Brazil. Currently most of her works are acrilic on canvas, usually in large sizes. The paintings are at her husband's office, he is a green coffee exporter, and that's why some of her work relates to coffee.
